Basic Fringe FAQs
What is your weather/cancellation policy?
if you need to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be held, and you are able to reschedule for any future date. we realize we are in kentucky and the weather is very unpredictable. we will work with customer's on finding a new date or a solution. we understand this can be case by case. one of the greatest dangers when using an inflatable is wind. the inflatable must be deflated when winds reach 15 mph, no exceptions. you have until 7am the morning of your rental to let us know if you are going to postpone.
How do you clean the bounce house?
we wash and sanitize each bounce house between every rental.
When do you set up/pick up?
we set up the day of the event, we customize drop off according to the customer's preference. we do same day pick-up after the event ends. events ending after 9pm will incur an additional charge of $100.
What forms of payment do you accept?
credit or debit cards
What surfaces can the bounce house be set up on?
grass, turf, concrete, pavement, asphalt. we cannot set up on any rocks, or uneven surfaces.
Do you require a deposit?
we require a deposit of 50% in order to book. it is non-refundable, but will be applied toward your balance, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours to reserve your date.
Do you charge for delivery?
we offer free delivery within a 25-mile radius. delivery fees for additional miles range from $50-$150.
Basic Fringe Rules
there are more details on our renter's contract. to cover a few basics: no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, sand, silly string, pets, toys, sharp instruments, etc. this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done. there is a minimum cleaning fee of $200 (more details on contract) if any of these are found on the bounce house. however, please note, some of these products will cause damage to the inflatable that cannot be repaired.
